We’re excited to officially announce the tenants for the former Kmart site! Developer TLM Realty has signed leases with Burlington, Ross Dress For Less, and Big Lots to occupy the former Kmart. ALDI and Starbucks will be located in new buildings on the site. In addition, 8,500 square feet of space is available for lease to three to five local tenants. Crews have already begun some initial demolition work. In the coming weeks, perimeter fencing will go up so that additional site preparation and construction can begin. The new retailers hope to open late fall 2022. We look forward to continuing to share updates as this project transforms the corner of Lorain Avenue and West 150th Street!
