Special Improvement District

Kamm’s Area Special Improvement District is a community effort to beautify and maintain the streetscape and pedestrian walkways in downtown Kamm’s Corners. Stretching from Old Lorain Road to West 165th Street, the Special Improvement District is home to many Irish Pubs, novelty shops, boutiques, businesses and restaurants.

The Kamm's Area Special Improvement District's term expired in September 2023 and all Special Improvement District activities were suspended in January 2025. The Special Improvement District Board of Directors are currently working through proposals to renew the District's funding and restart services.
