1. Fill out the registration form.
2. Plan your holiday decorations.
3. Receive your house number and yard sign the week of Thanksgiving.
4. Turn on the lights December 1st!
5. Encourage your friends and neighbors to vote December 1st -December 31st.
6. The winner will be announced, prizes will be given, and yard signs will be collected the first full week of January.
