Fairview Hospital Campus Renovation

Fairview Hospital Project Updates

Fairview Hospital is the western hub for Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. As a main anchor of the Kamm’s Corners neighborhood, Fairview Hospital employs more than 3,000 caregivers and draws in patients and their families from all over the region to receive high-quality care. It is home to many critical healthcare services including heart, neurology, labor and delivery, cancer and more.

The hospital's existing parking garage, medical office building and cancer center have reached the end of their lifetime use and require major re-investment. Given its land position, Fairview Hospital has limited options for potential expansion and has worked to design an updated campus that will best serve patients and the community well into the future.
