Eligible residents can receive up to $2,000 to support exterior home repairs. These repairs focus on code compliance, safety, accessibility, and overall quality of life. Projects range from minor fixes to larger exterior upgrades with the goal of helping homeowners maintain safe, functional homes and comfortably age in place. Past improvements include front porch repairs, handrail installations, and storm door replacements.
