West Park Kamm’s Neighborhood Development Names Edward Peppers Next Executive Director
West Park Kamm’s Neighborhood Development proudly announces the appointment of Edward Peppers as its new Executive Director, effective May 26, 2026.
Peppers brings a strong record of leadership and experience in economic and community development, positioning him well to guide West Park Kamm’s into its next chapter. Through a range of leadership roles, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive positive social and economic change, strengthen partnerships, and support community-centered growth.

Pepper’s tenure at Midtown Cleveland & Northwest Neighborhoods equipped him with valuable insights and practical experience that will directly benefit the West Park Kamm’s neighborhood. His strategic approach to development, coupled with strong partnerships with the City, has contributed to initiatives that strengthen neighborhoods and spur sustainable economic growth.
