The Dedicated Senior Medical Center and Humana Healthy Living Hub promotes good health and overall wellness by engaging West Park residents in a variety of health-oriented activities. The Healthy Living Hub will be available at our farmer’s market every week, hosting organizations centered around health and wellness each week.
